The microbrewery Victoria represents modern technology with the capacity of about 600 hl a year. Sweet wort and hopped wort is brewed in stainless steel vessels with copper sheathing and the single batch capacity of 600 l. The brewhouse includes a brewing kettle, lauter tun and whirlpool kettle. Brewing is followed by fermentation, additional fermentation and maturing in stainless steel tanks with the precise regulation of the temperature and pressure, and the daily monitoring of the whole fermentation process. After maturing, the beer is distributed directly from the tanks into the taps. The entire route is permanently cooled, which guarantees the freshness of the beer.
