The technology of the Prievaly brewery was set by the well-known brewmaster Ing. Josef Krýsl from Plzeň and lies in the placement of two copper 500 l lauter-mashing tuns on the premises of the bar Šandorfský šenk and other technology in the cellar of the bar. The brewmaster also trained two brewmasters from the Sandorf Brewery. The production capacity of the brewery is 1000 hl of beer per year. The beer is distributed in kegs, sold directly from tanks and in bottles. Besides quality beers, the Sandorf brewery offers special beer cosmetics with high content of B vitamins, trace elements and minerals.
